bose-filled room

ah, relaxing so happily these past few nights, got myself a bose system for the room at a steal. i just love my room now, so sleek.

shopping has been a pain the past few days, but ok lah considering i won't spend much in school.besides, credit card bill is for X'mas liao...weeee

bought a pair of rockport shoes (couldn't resist 40% discount)
bought some essentials at robinsons (cardmembers' 20% week)
placed an order for THE CRUMPLER BACKPACK, think the material is tons better than billabong.

1) I can crack my knuckles juz by squeezing my palms. Yes, both hands and i can do them at least 20 times continuously.

3) I have an attention deficit disorder. I cannot play computer games with the radio on. Also have to study in absolute silence.

4) I have an extreme dislike for people pronuncing my name "GAH-VIN"...freaking cheena. So for people i'm just introduced to i intro myself by my 2nd name "Bryan". much easier.

5) I think dirty thoughts in any conversation, lecture or discussion. but seriously that's just in my head. e.g. : "Where's the porridge place at Chinatown?" I heard it as "Where's the BOYS' place at Chinatown"

finding faith

why do i think so much, why am i so self-conscious, why do i mull over things, why cant i juz absorp away from myself.

i'm disgusted and self-withdrawn with the sudden lull in life. to quote wenjie, "Just makes u think what's the meaning of life".

i am in way deep in a depression crisis and i so fucking hate it. i need to re-find my faith in this world.

soccer and musings

i wonder what it is with soccer. i end up with scraped knees, got a bloody elbow, not to menton bruises and muscle strains. but sooo fun......haha not to mention topping it with dinner with navin bub. really appreciate talking abt old times and updating each other abt stuff.

the start of a long-long exam break. past 2 days have had some musings about my life.

yes, that's right. i am afraid of commitment. the wish to not settle down outweighs the wish to get involved again. is bein a swinging bachelor so disillusionary?

quite an eventful weekend i guess

my grandaunt died, god bless her soul. wasn't really close to her but still, the family seemed to accept her death peacefully.

booked a black nissan sunny with the drop in COE. dunno if got chance to use, its manual anyway, i'm too used to auto transmission. think will stick to my champagne gold baby and be faithful. hehe.

got my new specs, wenjie said it was cool. haha..he seldom says anything was cool. went with him to jurong point for shopping and a lil makan. as always good to meet up but i wasn't in such a great mood cuz of my english test 5 hours from now.

i didn't buy anything this weekend though...boohoo.other than that, i had tons of history reading. now chock full of post-war independence! i love singapore...and no that's not ironic. its just amazing how we've come so far.

weee, decided to take a stock take of significant things i bought this past month, with all the hard work at tution and 4D money..oops haha...

1 new album from hootie and blowfish at borders
1 samsung mp3 player
1 pair of sony inner-ear phones

and i just ordered a pair of new spectacles!!! happy!!! in good mood to do assignments and presentation liao. only thing is...petrol bill is a killer this week. boohoo.
